SnowGlobe Music Festival, returning to Lake Tahoe, California December 29-31, 2013 - is less than one month away. As the unique adventure-driven winter festival quickly approaches, fans can look forward to the return of their favorite elements of the New Year's Eve destination event as well as exciting new announcements and festival features. The much-anticipated daily schedule for SnowGlobe was just released. A limited number of Single Day Tickets are also now available for purchase. Much to the delight of SnowGlobe's audience, Australian electronic band Cut Copy was recently revealed to be New Years Eve's "mystery headliner." Cut Copy will join a stellar lineup of artists that includes Tiesto, Kaskade, Snoop Dogg (AKA Snoop Lion), Zeds Dead, Beats Antique, Gramatik, Dillon Francis, Claude Vonstroke, Holy Ghost! and many more. "Big Air," SnowGlobe's ski/snowboard jump showcase, is back and better than ever - and is a tangible example of the festival's unique integration of music and winter sports. Highlighting local pro athletes from both the South and North shores of Lake Tahoe, the on-site jump will take skiers and riders up to 30 feet in the air. Patrons will be treated to installments of Big Air - including 'mistys', back flips, 360s, and 720s - in between sets at the Main Stage.

SnowGlobe 2013 features a wide assortment of carefully selected food trucks, providing patrons with delicious, locally sourced food offerings. Fans can look forward to a wide variety of food trucks and vendors onsite at SnowGlobe, including the presence of regional favorites from the Sacramento, San Francisco, Tahoe, and Reno areas.

Now in its third year, SnowGlobe returns to one of the country's most stunning mountain landscapes - California's Sierra Mountains - for a music festival, ski/snowboard adventure, and destination New Year's Eve celebration all rolled into one.

Hosted at Bijou Park on the Lake Tahoe Community College campus, SnowGlobe offers over 50 world-class artists performing on three stages over three nights, plus dynamic fireworks displays, live "Big Air" snowboard and skiing demos in between Main Stage sets, 10,000 square feet of heated enclosed spaces to stay cozy, and more. With almost 9,000 acres of nearby skiing and snowboarding terrain and reduced-price Heavenly Mountain lift tickets available to SnowGlobe patrons, festival goers can hit the slopes by day and shows by night.
