COOKIE is a story told in an unconventional way. If the viewer lets all of the elements wash over them, they will receive the emotional and energetic arch. If the viewer searches closely for logical threads found in the dance, drama, sound, and visuals, and ties the threads together, they may even discover a very clear narrative. What one should know is that all of the artistic skills on display are telling facets of the same far out story of loving intimacy, tortured solitude, and people in pursuit of what the future might hold.

Sketch Theater is a fine and performing arts company, challenging emerging artists to collaborate in innovative ways. Directed by Colin Fuller, Sketch Theater will invite uniquely skilled artists with inquisitive minds to create original interdisciplinary works.

Sketch Theater's inaugural work, COOKIE, is a performance of dance, drama, digital sound, and visual art using projection. Collaborators Daniel Ching, Marcus Crawford Guy, Daevid Mendivil, and Colin Fuller have been challenged to bring their strengths to the table while opening their field of creative vision to alternative forms of expression.

COOKIE will be captured by multiple filmmakers and photographers during every stage of creation through to post production. This material will be compiled by Sketch Theater to serve as documentation of the process and product for future pitches at other venues and give potential collaborators insight into Sketch's way of work.
