Renowned designer and creative ambassador of Barneys New York, Simon Doonan, brings show-stopping hair to life for official beauty partner of Tony Awards.

Simon Doonan and Nexxus Salon Hair Care are unveiling the first-ever premium window installation at a drugstore. Nexxus, the official beauty partner of the Tony Awards, partnered with Simon Doonan to create a one-of-a-kind Tony Awards-themed window design tribute to the awards that Honor Broadway at Duane Reade.

Simon Doonan, who is best known for his artistic window designs, is doing something that's never been done before - bringing the art of premium window dressing, which has long been on display at luxury retail stores, to a drug store.Doonan used show-stopping hair and Broadway show-stoppers to inspire his latest creation.

Leading up to Broadway's biggest night, this window installation will be on display, through June 16th, at the Duane Reade location (51 West 51st Street) across from Radio City Music Hall, which is the venue for the 67th Annual Tony Awards. The 2013 Tony Awards will be broadcast live on June 9th from 8:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
