Saturday Roundup: This Week on BroadwayWorld

In this week's casting news, Anthony Fedorov and Natalie Wachen have joined the cast of New World Stages' RENT; prolific star of film and stage Angela Lansbury will reprise her role from the animated film ANASTASIA for a new staged reading taking place in July; Greg Kinnear and Maura Tierney are set to lead THE POWER OF DUFF at Vassar College's Powerhouse Theater. Tracy Letts and Amy Morton will headline WHO'S AFRAID OF Virginia Woolf? in its return to Broadway - it will play the Booth Theatre beginning in October. Bobby Steggert, Corbin Reid and more are set for THE NIGHTINGALE at La Jolla Playhouse; NEWSIES star Jeremy Jordan has landed a recurring role on SMASH; and LOVE NEVER DIES' Sierra Boggess will reportedly join LES MISERABLES in the West End as Fantine.

Opening on Broadway in 2013-14 will be BULLETS OVER BROADWAY, helmed by Susan Stroman. THE ANARCHIST also set an official opening date: December 2 at the Lyceum Theatre. GODSPELL will play its final Broadway performance on June 24 and ANYTHING GOES' final extension will run through August 5th.
