PAM ANN: GALACTIC 2014
December 31 at 7:00 PM
$50

Arm Doors, Cross Check and Buckle the F**k Up, the inimitable world-class air bitch, Australia's very own PAM ANNreturns to Joe's Pub in her new show Galactic 2014. Iconic international air hostess to the stars, Pam Ann - the alter-ego of Melbourne-born comedian-writer-producer Caroline Reid - is BACK in her filthiest, funniest, most explosive show to date. With enough chutzpah and insider knowledge to rival a Qantas CEO, no one does airline satire quite like Pam Ann. Pam's genius mix of camp, culture, humor and Pucci-clad fabulousness has seen her crew Elton John's private jet, share a stage on a stadium tour of the UK with Cher, and count Madonna in her legion of cult-like dedicated fans worldwide. Having travelled the world over and over, Caroline Reid has enough frequent flyer miles to transport a small country. She has sold out shows around the world from Poland, Germany, UK, Norway, Scandinavia, France, Ireland, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Finland and Dubai. To purchase tickets, visit: http://bit.ly/19CZk5P

Sandra Bernhard: SANDYLAND
December 31 at 9:00 PM / 11:00 PM
$100 / $150

Sandra Bernhard and her band The Flawless Zircons return to Joe's Pub at The Public for her annual residency and not-to-be-missed New Year's Eve special when she celebrates and reviews the highs and lows of 2013 with hysterical insight, outspoken views and an outrageous mouth. In this one-of-a-kind live show, Bernhard sharply blends theatre, rock-n-roll and stand-up with a little burlesque & cabaret. "Just below the surface, you sense the same roving critical eye that misses nothing" raved the New York Times of Bernhard's Joe's Pub performance in 2012. Bernhard's brilliant unity of hilarious diatribes on the state of modern culture and classic rock attitude burns smart, still having all the raucous energy of youth. The always entertaining Bernhard has been wowing, and sometimes shocking, audiences since starting her career at LA's famed Comedy Store in the 1970's, going on to become a favorite on the live-show comedy circuit nationally, while also forging a career in film, television and on Broadway.
