Samuel J. Friedman Theatre Box Office Opens Today For MTC's 2009-10 Broadway Season

Today at noon, the box office of Manhattan Theatre Club's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street) will open for the 2009-2010 Broadway season. Single tickets to MTC's upcoming Broadway productions of THE ROYAL FAMILY, TIME STANDS STILL, and COLLECTED STORIES will be available for purchase at the box office.

Single tickets to the MTC's 2009-2010 Off-Broadway productions of NIGHTINGALE, EQUIVOCATION, and THAT FACE will go on sale starting Tuesday, September 8 at New York City Center - Stage I (131 West 55th Street) or at www.NYCityCenter.org or by calling Citytix® at (212) 581-1212.

Subscriptions to MTC's 2009-2010 season are currently available by calling (212) 399-3050, Monday - Friday, noon - 10 PM, Saturday 2 PM - 6 PM with a major credit card. Subscriptions are also available online at www.ManhattanTheatreClub.com.

Manhattan Theatre Club's complete 2009-2010 Broadway season at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre will feature a new production of George S. Kaufman and Edna Ferber's THE ROYAL FAMILY, the Broadway premiere of Donald Margulies' TIME STANDS STILL, and the Broadway premiere of Margulies' COLLECTED STORIES. The Off-Broadway season will include the New York premiere of Lynn Redgrave's NIGHTINGALE, the New York premiere of Bill Cain's EQUIVOCATION, and the New York premiere of Polly Stenham's THAT FACE.

Under the leadership of Artistic Director Lynne Meadow and Executive Producer Barry Grove, MTC has become one of the country's most prominent and prestigious theatre companies.
