Award-winning storyteller and performer Leslie Goshko (Hairspray on Broadway, Huffington Post) hosts the Staying Alive Tribute Party on Thursday, September 17th, 9:30pm at Joe's Pub at The Public. Leslie is obsessed with the movie Staying Alive (sequel to Saturday Night Fever and rated the "worst sequel ever" by Entertainment Weekly). And tonight, she invites some of New York's top comics and performers to help her celebrate the John Travolta flick in all its glory.

Break out your leotards and sweatbands for an evening of LIVE video commentary, dance, trivia, prizes, and music by house band The StalloneTones, covering songs from the movie's soundtrack, featuring original tunes by Frank Stallone and the Bee Gees!

With special guests:

Sasheer Zamata ("Saturday Night Live")

Steve Burns (Emmy-nominated host of "Blues Clues")

Kevin Allison (MTV's "The State", Risk!)

Anna Copa Cabanna (Loser's Lounge, The Anna Copa Cabanna Show)

The StalloneTones! (Steve O'Reilly, Bill Chambers, Dan Menke, Leslie Goshko)

and more!*
