On National Coming Out Day, Thursday, October 11th at 10:30am, this unparalleled coalition will host an event at The Snapple Theater Center (210 West 50th Street, 3rd floor). Hosted by the producers of BARE, speakers will include former NHL star Sean Avery on behalf of Athlete Ally; activist Fiona Dawson on behalf of HRC; Executive Director Brent Childers & LGBT and women's rights advocate Roberta Sklar on behalf of Faith in America and James Clementi & Executive Director Steven Guy on behalf of the Tyler Clementi Foundation, as well as BARE director Stafford Arima and choreographer Travis Wall. They will share their personal experiences, speak about their individual organizations and their collaboration with BARE, and together share the message of equality for all. This special event will also include a performance from BARE.

"National Coming Out Day is so important to BARE and to our allies in the fight for LGBT equality," producer Paul Boskind said. "We invite all supporters of equality to join us on October 11th to learn more about our partners, our musical and how we can all work together to ensure that everyone is free to be themselves."
