On June 19, 2012, Fourth Arts Block (FABnyc) - keeping grassroots downtown art alive since 2001 - is hosting a benefit party to improve and promote the East 4th Street Cultural District, one of only two designated art districts in New York City.

Guest will enjoy an evening at the Penthouse of The Standard, East Village at 25 Cooper Square. Led by Brooklyn-based band II Abanico (recently featured on MTV IGGY) and DJ Alfonso Roule, guests can take part in the raffle and silent auction featuring a farm stay in Pennsylvania and a year of beer from Jimmy's No. 43. All are invited to relax and enjoy delicious food and drink, peruse the various installations, and take in the panoramic view of the Manhattan skyline.

Guests can choose from three ways to experience the party:

The Sky's The Limit, $150

This VIP ticket gets you everything: a pre-party VIP tasting event from 6-7pm, entry to the event, open bar, two entries in our special raffle event and a newly designed FAB tote.

Flying High, $85

Entry to the party with live music, DJ and an amazing view, four drink tickets, one raffle entry and a newly designed FAB tote.

Into The Clouds, $45

Entry into the party with live music, DJ and an amazing view and your first two drinks.

Fourth Arts Block (FABnyc) was founded in 2001 as the nonprofit leadership for the East 4th Street Cultural District, a historic and vibrant arts corridor between Second Avenue and Bowery. Now a neighborhood-wide coalition of 26 arts and community groups, FABnyc works to put culture at the center of community development, while preserving the Lower East Side's rich heritage and creative energy. FABnyc unifies and engages the community's diverse stakeholders through a range of programs, including façade and streetscape improvements, arts festivals, centralized website, and the East Village Visitors Center & Café.
