SHOW BIZ: Rush, Lottery & Standing Room Only Ticketing Policies - 11/29/2013

ANNIE will offer $40 General Rush tickets. Please note that the daily ticket lottery, drawn two hours before show time, will be discontinued. A limited number of $40 rush tickets (including facility fee) will be available for purchase in person at the Palace Theatre box office (1564 Broadway at 47th Street) when it opens for that day's performance(s) only. There is a limit of two tickets per person. Tickets are subject to availability and may not be offered at all performances.

A number of $40 tickets will be made available for each performance, for purchase day-of at the box office of the Stephen Sondheim Theatre (124 West 43rd Street). Tickets are subject to availability, and patrons are limited to two rush tickets per person.

A limited number of student rush tickets will be available when the box office opens (10am Monday through Saturday) for that day's performance(s). Tickets are $27 (inclusive of a $2 facility fee) and are only available in person at the Neil Simon box office. You must present a valid student ID. Limit two tickets per person.

General Rush:
A limited number of $31.50 front row tickets will be sold on the day of the performance when the box office opens. Subject to availability. Not available for Saturday evenings. Limit 2 per person.

Standing Room:
$26.50 Standing Room tickets are available, only when the performance is sold out. Tickets are available only at the box office. Limit two tickets per person.

Student rush tickets will be available for performances Tuesdays through Thursdays, throughout the day of the show only at the Broadway Theatre Box Office (1681 Broadway at 53 St.). Students with a valid student ID may purchase one ticket for $32 (includes $2 facilities fee). Student rush tickets are subject to availability, with seating locations at the discretion of the box office.

A limited number of student rush tickets priced at an inexpensive $25 can be purchased with a valid student ID at the box office (one ticket per ID) on the date of the performance.

Student Rush:
Jersey Boys offers a limited number of Student Rush tickets per performance. Rush tickets are $27 each, cash only, and available at the box office on the day of the performance beginning at 10:00 AM. Two kinds of photo ID must be shown: a non-expired full time student ID, as well as a government issued photo ID, drivers license or passport. Limit 2 tickets per person per 30 day period. Tickets are subject to availability and may not be offered at all performances. Locations may be partial view.

Standing Room:
$27 standing room tickets are available, only when the performance is sold out. Tickets are available only at the box office. Limit 1 ticket per person. Cash only.

- A limited number of tickets for each performance will be sold via lottery. - Entries will be accepted at the box office beginning two and a half hours prior to each performance. - Two hours before curtain, names will be drawn at random for a limited number of tickets priced at $37.00 each. - Limit one entry per person and two tickets per winner--entries will be checked for duplicates. - Winners must be present at the time of the drawing and show valid ID to purchase tickets. - Tickets may be purchased in cash or with a valid credit card. - Tickets are subject to availability. - Tickets may be partial view. - The cancelation line will begin following the lottery.

$27.00 standing room tickets will be available at the box office only on the day of the performance, and will only be sold when the performance is sold out.

Student Rush:
$31.50 tickets are available day-of only at the box office, subject to availability. Only available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Open only to current students. Tickets are available when the box office opens. Limit 2 tickets per valid ID.

Standing Room:
$21.25 standing room tickets are available, only when the performance is sold out. Tickets are available only at the box office, and go on sale two hours before the performance. Limit two tickets per person.

A minimum of 20 tickets will be sold via lottery for each performance of MATILDA THE MUSICAL. Beginning two-and-a-half hours before every performance, patrons are invited to enter the lottery; winners will be drawn two hours before each performance. Each person will print their name and the number of tickets (1 or 2) they wish to purchase on a card that is provided. Entries will be collected and names will be drawn at random. Winners will be able to then purchase tickets at $27 each. Cards are checked for duplication prior to drawing. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing and show valid ID to purchase tickets. Limit one entry per person and two tickets per winner. Subject to availability. Seat locations may be partial view. There will be no lottery for the matinees on May 11, 12, 18 or 19, 2013.

General Lottery:

A limited number of orchestra tickets to Newsies will be available via lottery at The Nederlander Theatre. Beginning two and a half hours before every performance, patrons are invited to enter the lottery; winners will be drawn two hours before each performance. Winners may then purchase up to two $30.00 cash only tickets to that day's performance. Winners must be present with valid identification at the time of the drawing.

The front row of the orchestra and other locations will be available exclusively to rush ticket buyers. Tickets will be available for purchase beginning at 10am daily (and 12 pm on Sundays when the box office is open) for $30.00 (including facility fee), two tickets maximum per person, on the day of the performance, subject to availability. Tickets must be purchased in person at the Cort Theatre box office (138 West 48th Street).

When the box office opens a limited number of rush seats will be sold each day for that day's performance. Tickets are $34.50 for all Tuesday - Thursday performances, and $39.50 for all Friday - Sunday performances. On 2-show days, tickets for both shows will be sold when the box office opens.

*Only available in person at the box office. 2 tickets per person.

A limited number of $37.00 rush tickets will be available for purchase in-person at the Music Theatre box office (239 West 45th Street) when it opens at 10am (Noon on Sundays) for that daya€™s performance only. There is a limit of one ticket per person. Tickets are subject to availability and may not be offered at all performances. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Student Rush: $37 - Available day of show when box office opens, subject to availability. Must show student ID. Only two tickets per student ID. Cash only.

100 tickets per performance will be set aside at $20 for students and educators. Instead of a lottery or rush program which requires waiting in line, these tickets will be available for purchase in advance at the box office with valid ID. In addition, for the first time ever, students can be verified in advance to order tickets online, exclusively through TIX4STUDENTS.COM. Limit of two tickets per order, price does not include facility fee.

General Rush:
A limited number of $39 rush tickets are available each morning at the Foxwoods Box Office. Ticket limit is 2 per person and tickets may not be available at every performance.

Lottery:
A limited number of tickets for each performance will be sold through the lottery. Entries will be accepted at the box office beginning two and a half hours prior to each performance; each person will print their name and the number of tickets (1 or 2) they wish to purchase on a card that is provided. Two hours before curtain, names will be drawn at random for a limited number of tickets priced at $32 each. Only one entry is allowed per person. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing and show valid ID to purchase tickets. Limit one entry per person and two tickets per winner. Tickets are subject to availability.

A limited number of standing room locations are sold at the box office immediately following the lottery each day.

A limited number of student rush tickets, which are subject to availability, can be purchased with a valid student ID at the box office of the Booth Theatre when the box office opens for the day of the performance on a first-come first-served basis. The box office of the Booth Theatre opens at 10am Monday through Saturday, and at noon on Sunday. Student rush tickets are $35 each and limited to two (2) tickets per customer.

In New York City, Student Rush tickets are not currently available for The Lion King.

General Rush:
Tickets in the last two rows of the Rear Mezzanine are $26.25 for Monday through Thursday performances. These tickets may be purchased through Telecharge or at the box office.

Standing Room:
$26.25 standing room tickets are available, only when the performance is sold out. Tickets are available only at the box office. Limit two tickets per person. 28 standing room positions available.

The front row of the orchestra and other locations will be available exclusively to rush ticket buyers. Lottery:
2.5 hours prior to show time (11:30 AM for 2 PM matinees; 12:30 PM for 3 PM matinees; 4:30 PM for 7 PM performances; 5:30 PM for 8 PM performances), patrons who present themselves at the Gershwin Theatre box office will have their names placed in a hat. 30 minutes later, names will be drawn for 26 front-row seats at $26.50 each. This lottery is only available in-person at the box office, with a limit of 2 tickets per valid ID. Cash only.
