A majority of the album, produced by Alan and StylesFour Productions, will be recorded live at Birdland on April 30th for a sold out crowd.  Jesse Vargas will continue his work with Alan, musically directing, arranging and orchestrating the album.  Due to Monday night Broadway schedules, some talent will record their tracks prior to the 7pm concert.

In addition to the performers announced, Alan is providing an opportunity for an unknown talent to be featured on the album and record a new song by the composer.  For more information on the I'M A STAR contest by Alan and YouTube sensation Michael Buckley, visit Alan's website at http://www.scottalan.net.  The contest ends on March 15th and the winner will be announced April 1st
