Rue La La Names Steve Davis as Chief Executive Officer

Rue La La Founder Ben Fischman and Chairman Michael Rubin announced the appointment of Steve Davis as Chief Executive Officer. Ben Fischman has stepped down from his role as CEO. Mr. Fischman had served as chief executive officer since he founded the company in 2008. Mr. Davis has been President of Rue La La since 2010.

"We founded Rue La La five years ago to offer consumers the most engaging online retail experience, and I leave the company in the hands of Steve and a brilliant team who share and will continue that vision," said Mr. Fischman.

Prior to Rue La La, Mr. Davis served as an executive at GSI Commerce for over ten years, most recently as President of GSI International. During his tenure, Steve led the expansion of GSI into a full service e-commerce company for all retail sectors, incubated and launched GSI's marketing services business, and led it's global expansion.
