More casting has been announced for Vassar College's New York Stage and Film festival, with Adam Rothenberg and Josh Stamberg to star in Keith Huff's A Steady Rain.  The festival, which began on June 23rd, runs through July 30th.

Playing from July 11th through 23rd at the Powerhouse Theatre, A Steady Rain will be directed by Tripp Cullman (Dog Sees God). "An urban tale of love and rage. Two Chicago cops, friends since childhood, and their competing accounts of the few harrowing days that changed their lives forever," state press notes on the show, which is by the author of Birdsend and other plays.

Rothenberg's Off-Broadway credits include The Wooden Breeks, Danny and the Deep Blue Sea and Birdy; he was also seen in A Streetcar Named Desire at the Kennedy Center.  Stamberg, who has been seen on TV shows such as "Monk" and "Six Feet Under" and in films such as A Lot Like Love, has performed in the Atlantic Theater Company's An Adult Evening of Shel Silverstein and The Water Engine/Mr. Happiness.

New York Stage and Film will also feature (among others)
Chuck Cooper, Gregg Edelman, Douglas Sills, Sally Murphy, Leslie Kritzer, Lee Wilkof and Billy Porter in its various shows, which include Daisy Foote's Bhutan and the Andrew Lippa-Daniel Goldfarb musical Jerry Christmas.
