A match made in musical theater heaven - Rosie O'Donnell joins five-time Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein in the Broadway production of FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, Tuesday, September 20, 2005, at the Minskoff Theatre (200 West 45th Street).
 
Directed by five-time Tony Award nominee David Leveaux, with Jerome Robbins' original Tony Award-winning choreography, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF has a book by Joseph Stein, music by Jerry Bock, and lyrics by Sheldon Harnick.  FIDDLER ON THE ROOF opened Thursday, February 26, 2004, and must close Sunday, January 8, 2006, after a two year run.  FIDDLER ON THE ROOF is produced by James L. Nederlander, Stewart F. Lane/ Bonnie Comley, Harbor Entertainment, Terry Allen Kramer, Bob Boyett/Lawrence Horowitz and Clear Channel Entertainment.

The playing schedule for FIDDLER ON THE ROOF is as follows: Tuesday at 7pm, Wednesday through Saturday at 8pm, with matinees on Wednesday and Saturday at 2pm and Sunday at 3pm.  Tickets range from $35 to $100, and are available through Ticketmaster.com at (212) 307-4100.  $25 Student rush tickets available day of the performance with valid student I.D.
