Roger Bart to Guest on Final Season of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER

TVGuide reports that Broadway vet Roger Bart will guest star for an undisclosed number of episodes in the final season of CBS's HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER.

The Tony Award winner will portray an employee at the Farhampton hotel where Neil Patrick Harris' 'Barney' is about to tie the know with long-time beau Robin, played by Cobie Smulders. The show will return for its ninth and final season on Monday, September 23 at 8/7c.

Bart won the Tony Award in 1999 for his performance in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown. He was nominated for his performance in The Producers and has also been seen on Broadway in Big River, King David, Triumph of Love, The Frogs and Young Frankenstein. He was also featured last season on the ABC series "The Event" and in the 2005-2006 season of "Desperate Housewives."

Bart has made TV guest appearances on "Traffic Light," "Medium," "Human Target," "CSI: Miami," "Law & Order" and "30 Rock." Other film credits include Law Abiding Citizen with Jamie Foxx, American Gangster, The Stepford Wives and Hostel: Part II. Upcoming film projects include Freaky Deaky, Smiley, April Apocalypse, Excision and A Green Story.
