The producers of the 2013 Tony Award nominated Best Revival of a Musical, Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella, have just announced National Tour for the 2014-15 season.

"We are thrilled to be taking Cinderella on the road," said producer Robyn Goodman. "It's exciting to have the romance and humor of our show embraced by audiences, and also to be recognized with so many awards nominations. We look forward to sharing the magic of Cinderella with audiences throughout the country."

CINDERELLA earned nine Tony Award nominations including: Best Revival of a Musical, Best Book of a Musical, Best Orchestrations, Best Costume Design of a Musical, Best Lighting Design of a Musical and Best Sound Design of a Musical. Cinderella also recently received eight Outer Critics Circle Award nominations including: Outstanding Book of a Musical, Outstanding Revival of a Musical, Outstanding Choreographer, Outstanding Costume Design, Outstanding Lighting Design and five Drama Desk nods including Outstanding Revival of a Musical or Revue, Outstanding Choreography, Outstanding Orchestrations, and Outstanding Costume Design.

The Original Broadway Cast Recording of Cinderella by Ghostlight Records was released digitally on May 7, with the CD due in stores on June 4.

CINDERELLA features music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, a new book by Douglas Carter Beane with the original book by Oscar Hammerstein II. The musical is directed by Mark Brokaw with choreography by Josh Rhodes. Music adaptation, supervision and arrangements by David Chase. Orchestrations by Danny Troob. Andy Einhorn is the music director and conductor.

MR. Beane's book for RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN's Cinderella offers what's being described as a new romantic twist on the ultimate makeover story of a maid-turned-princess, mixing fresh comedy and wit with the beloved tale's classic elements -- the pumpkin, glass slipper, masked ball and more. In addition to musical numbers from the original score -- including "In My Own Little Corner," "Impossible/It's Possible," "Ten Minutes Ago" and "Do I Love You Because You're Beautiful?" -- this Cinderella also includes songs from the Rodgers + Hammerstein "trunk ."
