The story of hard work, being in the right place at the right time, talent and love, 42nd STREET is a celebration of Broadway and the people involved in shows. Peggy Sawyer, fresh off the bus from Allentown, Pennsylvania is plucked out of the chorus to save the show when leading lady, Dorothy Brock, breaks her ankle and cannot go on.

The hit show features many memorable songs including You're Getting to Be a Habit with Me, Dames, I Know Now, We're In the Money, Shuffle Off to Buffalo, Lullaby of Broadway, and of course, the title song. Every audience enjoys watching the underdog succeed!
