Little Women stars Danny Gurwin and Jenny Powers will reunite for a one-night-only concert version of Little by Little, which will play Monday, September 25th at 8:00pm at Makor (35 West 67th Street).

Little by Little features music by Brad Ross (The Times, The Tales of Custard the Dragon), lyrics by Hal Hackady (Minnie's Boys, Goodtime Charley, Snoopy) and Ellen Greenfield, and story by Greenfield and Emmy Award-Winner Annette Jolles ("9/11 Memorial From Ground Zero").

In addition to Gurwin and Powers, the concert will also star Jana Ballard (FringeNYC '06's Trouble in Shameland).

Gurwin's Broadway credits include Little Women, Urinetown, The Full Monty, and The Scarlet Pimpernel.  He has also been seen at Encores! in Kismet and in A Little Night Music at New York City Opera and at the Kennedy Center.

Little by Little made its New York debut at The York Theatre, where it starred Liz Larsen, Christiane Noll and Darrin Baker. The show "examines the boundaries between friendship and love. Three young adults discover hidden depths to their relationships in this musical full of youthful passion and libidinous longing," according to press notes.

Jess McLeod ("The Unauthorized Musicology of Ben Folds," NYMF '06) directs.  Josh Clayton (Avenue Q pianist) will serve as musical director.
