Tom Hanks and Shirley Jones joined Irish Repertory Theatre's Charlotte Moore, Artistic Director, and Ciaran O'Reilly, Producing Director, as the Off-Broadway company celebrated its 25th anniversary with SOMETHING WONDERFUL! THE SONGS OF Rodgers & Hammerstein, an evening celebrating classic Rodgers and Hammerstein hits performed by a galaxy of Broadway stars, for one night only, on Monday, June 10 at Broadway's Broadhurst Theatre (235 West 44th Street). Joining Tom Hanks, who hosted the evening, and special guests Shirley Jones and Patrick Cassidy were Brian Stokes Mitchell, Paulo Szot, Matt Cavenaugh, Jenny Powers, Christine Anderas, Howard McGillin, Alexandra Silber, Max von Essen, Bill Newhall, Kerry Conte, Nancy Anderson, Donna Kane, Meg Busset, Teal Wicks, Bonnie Fraser, Georga Osborne, Ciaran Sheehan and others.

SOMETHING WONDERFUL! THE SONGS OF Rodgers & Hammerstein featured Rodgers and Hammerstein favorites from their beloved musicals, including OKLAHOMA!, THE SOUND OF MUSIC, SOUTH PACIFIC, THE KING AND I, CAROUSEL, STATE FAIR, and FLOWER DRUM SONG. Songs included "It's a Grand Night for Singing," "There Is Nothing Like a Dame," "Shall We Dance?," "People Will Say We're in Love," "If I Loved You," "I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Out-a My Hair," "Climb Every Mountain," and more.
