On the January 4th episode of ABC's HAPPY ENDINGS entitled, "The Shrink, the Dare, Her Date and Her Brother", Broadway veteran Faith Prince guest stars in the role of 'Roz'. In the episode, Dave has an odd reaction when his shrink (guest star Ken Marino) starts dating Penny. Meanwhile, Jane and Max fight over ownership of a sweater and end up in another one of their strange competitions; whoever is "less vain" gets to keep the sweater, and the challenge is to see who can wear a horribly unflattering outfit the longest. And Jane urges Brad and Alex to try and "bond," but it's awkward - until they discover their mutual love of romantic comedies.  The episode airs January 4, 2012 at 9:30 pm/et on the ABC network.

HAPPY ENDINGS asks the question, when a couple splits, who gets to keep the friends? Alex and Dave's wedding was supposed to be the happiest day of their lives, for them and their long-time friends... until Alex left groom-to-be Dave at the altar. The breakup, in the words of one pal, was a "huge game changer" that complicated everyone's lives and made everyone question their own choices. Alex and Dave were the glue that kept their urban family together: Alex's sister, Jane, a suburban housewife, and her buttoned-up husband, Brad; Max, their perpetually underemployed gay friend; and Penny, who worries about never finding the right guy.

Actress Faith Prince played Adelaide in the 1992 revival of Guys and Dolls, for which she won both the Tony and Drama Desk Award as Best Actress in a Musical. In 2001, Prince was once again nominated for Tony and Drama Desk Awards for her portrayal of Ella Peterson in the 2001 revival of Bells Are Ringing. Prince was featured in the 2008 Broadway musical A Catered Affair, for which she received Tony and Drama Desk nominations. She appeared in a concert version of Sweeney Todd with the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra in Orlando, Florida in March 2009. On April 7, 2009, she took over the role of Ursula from Heidi Blickenstaff in the Broadway musical of The Little Mermaid.

Her television credits include the short-lived High Society (1995) opposite Jean Smart, recurring roles on Spin City (1997-2000) and Huff (2004-2005), in addition to guest appearances on Remington Steele, Law & Order, Monk, House, Grey's Anatomy, Drop Dead Diva, and Ugly Betty.
