On Wednesday, February 20, 2008, The Friars Club hosted a celebrity luncheon in honor of Friar Robert Klein.

"For over 40 years, the multi-talented Robert Klein has graced many stages as a comedian, TV and film actor, and as a Tony-nominated Broadway actor and musical comedy performer. Klein is also a best-selling author of his memoir, 'The Amorous Busboy of Decatur Avenue.'"

Robert provided a luncheon filled with stories of his life and times in show business, interviewed by Jeffrey Lyons, the NBC TV, film and theater critic and co-host of NBC's "Reel Talk." The event was produced by Friar Randie Levine-Miller.
