Photo Flash: Original WEST SIDE STORY Cast Reunites with Carol Lawrence at HANDLE WITH CARE!

Just last night, the original Broadway cast of West Side Story visited Carol Lawrence at her current gig, "Handle with Care" at the Westside Theater. Chita Rivera (who played Anita) and Carol Lawrence (who played Maria) come together again 57 years after the original Tony winning musical hit the great white way in 1957. Check out photos from the reunion below!

The hit romantic comedy Handle With Care, a Critics' Pick from the New York Times, which calls it "a hilarious and heartwarming romantic comedy" that "exudes gobs of comic energy and insight", celebrates its 100th performance on Thursday, February 27th at 8PM. The play, by Emmy Award nominee Jason Odell Williams and directed by Karen Carpenter ("Love, Loss and What I Wore"), will end its run March 9th, two weeks after its originally announced end date. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit www.handlewithcaretheplay.com, TeleCharge.com or call 212-239-6200.

Handle With Care features Tony-nominee and Broadway legend Carol Lawrence (the original "Maria" in "West Side Story"), Charlotte Cohn, Sheffield Chastain and Jonathan Sale.

Handle With Care tells the story of a young Israeli woman who reluctantly travels with her grandmother to America. Fate and hilarious circumstances bring together the young woman, who has little command of English, and a young American man with little command of romance.

Is their inevitable love an accident? Or destiny generations in the making?
