The Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning musical, A Chorus Line, is in its pre-Broadway engagement through September 2 at San Francisco's Curran Theatre.

This production of A Chorus Line marks the first time the show returns to Broadway since its historic run ended 15 years ago.  Bob Avian, who co-choreographed A Chorus Line's original production in 1975 with Michael Bennett, will direct this new production.  A Chorus Line, conceived and originally choreographed and directed by Michael Bennett, features a book by James Kirkwood and Nicholas Dante, music by Marvin Hamlisch and lyrics by Edward Kleban.   Baayork Lee re-stages the original choreography.
