On Monday, May 3, 2004 The Trevor Project hosted its 4th annual New York City benefit "Like, a Totally Funny Whatever" at SHOW Nightclub.

The Trevor Project is a nonprofit endeavor established to promote tolerance for gay and questioning teenagers, and to aid in suicide prevention among that group. Founded in 1998, The Trevor Project runs The Trevor Helpline (866-4-U-TREVOR) the country's first and only around-the-clock, toll-free suicide prevention helpline aimed at gay and questioning teens. To complement The Trevor Helpline, the organization launched a website where resource information on suicide prevention, supportive gay and lesbian organizations, publications and other websites can be accessed.
