ROCK OF AGES opened on Broadway on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 and played its final performance at The Brooks Atkinson Theatre on Sunday, January 9, 2011 before re-opening at The Helen Hayes Theatre on March 24, 2011. Completing its fifth year on Broadway, ROCK OF AGES has been seen on Broadway by over 1.3 million people, grossed over $110 million, broken the Box Office Record at the Helen Hayes Theatre over 10 times and continues to sell out performances and consistently make the Broadway Top 10 for capacity, average ticket price and percentage of gross potential week after week.
The show just celebrated its 5th anniversary and 2000th performance with a party and special performance from Survivor's Jim Peterik with the Rock of Ages Band 'Arsenal'. BroadwayWorld takes you inside the celebration below!
