The Irish Repertory Theatre presents a concert adaptation of the romantic musical satire, Finian's Rainbow. Irish Rep Artistic Director Charlotte Moore, who is also directing, adapted the show, with lyrics by Yip Harburg ("The Wizard of Oz"), music by Burton Lane ("On a Clear Day You Can See Forever") and a book by Harburg and longtime collaborator Fred Saidy.

First produced in 1947, Finian's Rainbow is a musical tale about a poor Irishman who escapes from Ireland in search of a better life, accompanied by his beautiful daughter and a pot of gold stolen from the leprechauns.

The show contains such classic tunes as "Look to the Rainbow," "Old Devil Moon," and "How Are Things in Glocca Morra?." Performances of Finian's Rainbow continue through May 30.
