Photo Coverage: Drama League Celebrates Comden and Green


The stars came out to celebrate Comden & Green on Monday, January 31st at the Pierre Hotel for the Drama League's black tie affair. The evening was the Drama League's 20th Annual "Musical Celebration of Broadway" and benefited The Drama League Directors Project, which trains the theater directors of the future.


Comden and Green created beautiful music together for decades including such musicals as Bells Are Ringing, On the Town, Wonderful Town, On the Twentieth Century, Applause, Peter Pan, The Will Rogers Follies and more. The duo also collaborated on such hit films with such hits as Singin' in the Rain and The Band Wagon.
