The puppets of Avenue Q were happy to pick up the pen and sign-in for work on Thursday, November 29.  Trekkie Monster, Rod and Kate Monster have been away from the Golden Theatre for 19-days during the work-stoppage. But they're back and ready for the laughs to return to The Golden Theatre in their Tony Award-winning musical!

Avenue Q blends puppets and people in a charmingly R-rated tale of friendship, love, sex and the search for purpose. The show, which opened on Broadway at the John Golden Theatre on July 31st 2003 and won Tony Awards for Best Book (by Jeff Whitty) and Best Score (by Robert Marx and Jeff Lopez),

Avenue Q has music and lyrics by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx, book by Jeff Whitty, based on an original concept by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx; and directed by Jason Moore. Avenue Q has puppets conceived and designed by Rick Lyon; musical supervision by Stephen Oremus, and choreography by Ken Roberson.

Avenue Q is on Broadway at the John Golden Theatre (252 West 45th Street). For performance and ticket info, call Telecharge at 212-239-6200 or log on to www.avenueq.com
