FornabaioVoss Events clears their stage for buzzed about new act, inviting Pete Wentz and his latest venture, BLACK CARDS, to take over Rockit before labor-day weekend. Though internationally recognized as bassist and lyricist to contemporary punk band FALL OUT BOY, Wentz has shared that creatively, performing with Black Cards marks a reinvention of sorts for his role as a mainstream musician. The project allows for a significant genre stretch (from rock to electro-pop) for Wentz who is excited and focused on sharing the group's inaugural album of energetic tracks with the New York City public-particularly for Rockit boys!

Black Cards' coveted leading lady, Bebe Rexha, partners with Wentz providing vocals for their reggae meets electo-dance sound, which is certain to reign over Crimson much as it has at major festivals SXSW and Lollapalooza. Stage time will showcase tracks off their yet-to-be-named debut album, which confirms collaborations with artists Chiddy Bang, Neon Trees' vocalist Tyler Glenn, Shaggy, and Gabe Saporta of Cobra Starship.
