Theatre legend Patti LuPone will open the new nightclub and restaurant 54 BELOW (254 West 54th Street) with a two-week engagement from June 5 – 16. The June entertainment line-up also includes Jackie Hoffman, Mx Justin VivIan Bond and Brian d'Arcy James, as well as late-night lounge entertainment Tuesday – Thursday, a Monday night new composers series, and an informal cocktail hour on Sunday evenings.

The full June performance schedule follows:

Patti LuPone, Grand Opening – June 5 through June 16: Tuesdays through Saturdays at 8pm; Fridays and Saturdays at 11pm.

$70 cover charge, $30 food and beverage minimum

* Wednesday, June 6 – Grand Opening; Tuesday, June 5 through Friday, June 8 – SOLD OUT.

Jackie Hoffman – June 3 through July 29: Sundays at 9:00pm * No performance Sunday, June 10.

$30 cover charge, $25 food and beverage minimum

Mx Justin VivIan Bond – June 4 through July 9: Mondays at 9:30pm.

$30 cover charge, $25 food and beverage minimum

Brian d'Arcy James – June 26 through June 30: Tuesday through Saturday at 8pm; Friday and Saturday at 11pm.

$40 cover charge, $25 food and beverage minimum

"THE GREEN ROOM"

Beginning June 12 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays after 10 PM patrons can enjoy the ambience of a late night lounge with live music, creative cocktails, and small food plates. There is no cover charge or drink minimum for "The Green Room."

Taking the stage in June as "The Green Room" entertainment at 10:30pm will be The Sean Harkness Duo (Tuesdays) The John Miller Quartet (Wednesdays), and The Barry Levitt Trio (Thursdays).

Some of Broadway's most luminary composers debut new work alongside some of musical theatre's most exciting new songwriters.

BACKSTAGE - Sundays, June 17 & 24 and every Sunday thereafter from 5 - 7pm:

Join The Broadway Kids post matinee for an informal soiree. Have a cocktail, meet new friends, maybe even get up and sing yourself. Hosted by three of the Great White Way's wittiest - Brooks Ashmanskas, Ann Harada & Susie Mosher, with Musical Direction by Lysistrata Jones' Bradley Simmons.

No cover, no minimum.

In June, Tony Award winning producers Tom Viertel, Marc Routh, Richard Frankel, Steven Baruch will open 54 BELOW, a nightclub and restaurant at 254 West 54th Street, one floor below legendary Studio 54. 54 BELOW will offer audiences the chance to enjoy first class performers in a stunning and intimate space, enhanced by a premium dining experience. Taking the 54 BELOW stage will be world famous Tony Award winners, recording artists, as well as new talent from the New York and Broadway stage.

A few blocks from the heart of Times Square, 54 BELOW is designed by Tony Award winner John Lee Beatty and architect Richard Lewis, lit by Tony Award winner Ken Billington, and with sound by Tony Award nominee Peter Hylenski. Tony Award winner Scott Wittman (Hairspray, NBC's "Smash") serves as creative consultant and MAC Award Winner Phil Geoffrey Bond is the director of programming. Union Square Events, the events services business of Union Square Hospitality Group is consulting on food and beverage design as well as operations and the training of staff.
