"Law & Order" star Annie Parisse and Zak Orth will headline the upcoming Off-Broadway production of The Internationalist, the new play by Anne Washburn (Apparition) that will begin performances at the Vineyard Theatre on October 19th, according to Variety.

"The Internationalist follows a young American businessman's unforgettable experiences living and working in a country where he does not speak the language," according to Vineyard notes.  The play will be directed by Ken Rus Schmoll, who directed an earlier version of the play at the Vineyard.

Parisse plays A.D.A Alexandra Borgia on "Law & Order."  Other film and TV credits include Monster-in-Law, National Treasure, "Friends," How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and "Third Watch."  Off-Broadway, she has been seen in Monster, The Credeaux Canvas and Misalliance.

Orth has been seen on Broadway in Major Barbara.  Most recently, he starred Off-Broadway in Rope, and has also appeared in A Place at the Table, The Eros Trilogy, Misalliance, and SubUrbia.
