Oxygen & Bravo Up Emily Yeomans & Chloe Ellers to VPs, Communications

Bravo and Oxygen Media announced today the promotions of Emily Yeomans and Chloe Ellers to Vice President, Communications.

Yeomans, previously Senior Director for Oxygen Media, will remain in New York, and lead the East Coast-based communications teams for both Bravo and Oxygen. She will oversee all programming publicity campaigns and spearhead key launches, branding efforts, Upfront strategies, marketing campaigns and partnerships, and will be point of contact for ratings news and information.

Based in Los Angeles, Ellers, previously Director, Bravo Media, will lead the West Coast-based communications teams for both brands overseeing day-to-day press efforts related to development, production, non-scripted and scripted programming. Both report to Jennifer Geisser, SVP of Communications for Bravo and Oxygen Media.

"Both Emily and Chloe have demonstrated extraordinary leadership ability and have served as mentors to their respective teams," said Geisser. "We were fortunate to have these two talented individuals internal and are delighted to acknowledge them for the contributions they have made in the past and look forward to the difference they will make in the years ahead at Bravo and Oxygen."

Yeomans joined Oxygen Media in 2012 as Senior Director and has served as the operational lead for the bi coastal communications team, supervising all campaign launches such as "The Face" with Naomi Campbell and "Best Ink" with Pete Wentz. Her strategic thinking helped generate an overwhelming amount of publicity for "The Preachers of L.A.," which became Oxygen's most watched freshman series in network history with P25-54. In addition, she spearheaded the network's media outreach for marketing campaigns, ad sales partnerships and digital initiatives. Prior to Oxygen, Yeomans held the position of Director, Communications at Bravo Media where she developed and implemented the communications strategies for the network's original programming including the New Jersey, Beverly Hills and Orange County "Housewives" franchise, "Million Dollar Listing New York" and "The Millionaire Matchmaker." Prior to Bravo, Yeomans spent five years at MTV Networks in Los Angeles where she created innovative press campaigns for original series and live national events including "Jersey Shore," "The Hills," "MTV Video Music Awards" and "MTV Movie Awards." Outside of her work with NBCUniversal, Yeomans is an active member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, New York Women in Film & Television and Women in Communications. She graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Communications.

Chloe Ellers joined Bravo Media in 2011 as a Director, Communications where she developed and implemented the communications strategies and media outreach for the launches of "Shahs of Sunset," "Vanderpump Rules," "Kathy" and "Interior Therapy with Jeff Lewis," as well as taking over the publicity efforts for "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," "The Real Housewives of Orange County," "Flipping Out" and the Kathy Griffin comedy specials. Prior to working at Bravo Media, Ellers spent five years at BWR Public Relations where she managed the development and execution of press campaigns for a wide array of television series including "America Idol," "So You Think You Can Dance," "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," "Extra," "Leverage," "Melissa & Joey" and "Victorious," as well as handling network publicity for Independent Film Channel, Starz, AOL and The HUB. Prior to BWR Public Relations, Ellers worked in production for shows with Sony Pictures Television, Paramount Pictures and NEXT Entertainment. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
