Oscar Winner Jennifer Lawrence to Produce, Star in RULES OF INHERITANCE

According to Variety, Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence has signed on to star and produce FilmNation's Rules of Inheritance, directed by Susanne Bier with a screenplay by Abi Morgan.

Rules of Inheritance is based on Claire Bidwell Smith's memoir about a woman who loses her family and goes through a process of self-discovery.

Lawrence won an Academy Award for her role in Silver Linings Playbook and is well known for The Hunger Games series. She will next be seen in Catching Fire and the upcoming American Hustle and X-Men: Days of Future Past, as well as Serena and The Devil You Know.

Other film credits include House at the End of the Street, X-Men: First Class, The Beaver, Like Crazy, Winter's Bone, The Burning Plain, The Poker House and TV appearances on The Bill Engvall Show and Medium.
