Ruby Powers, the drag persona of Brent Lomas, hosts a cabaret of pop songs, comedy, and spooky musical theatre at Symphony Space's Bar Thalia at 9:00pm on October 31st, 2014.

"Ruby Powers' Halloween Spook-tacular!" features the talents of Natalie Peyser, Steve Edlund, David McDaniel, Hanley Smith, Jessica Dorcey, Nikki Van Cassele, Anderson Lim, Elyse Beyer, Andrea Urban, Jeff MacKinnon, Michael Lewis Mejia, and music director Bradford Proctor. Graham Forden is the advising producer.

In "Halloween Spook-tacular!" audiences can look forward to hits like Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" and Beyonce's "XO," as well as new spins on cabaret classics like "Pure Imagination" and "'Til There Was You." Cast members of "Halloween Hullabaloo" by Jennifer Winegardner will also perform a set including favorites "I Hate Halloween" and "Scary Monster."

This is Ruby Powers' first cabaret. Her past appearances have been as a nightlife and event photographer, as part of Brent Lomas Photography (www.brentlomasphotography.com).
