New York Live Arts presents the Studio Series showing of Jon Kinzel's Provision Provision, Neighborhood Neighborhood , Permission Permission, Provision Provision, March March Friday, April 18 and Saturday, April 19 at 6:00pm in the third floor studios at New York Live Arts.

In some aspects, this new material is a continuation of Kinzel's most recent work, Someone Once Called Me A Sound Man, called "one of the best things to have hit a New York stage in ages" by Claudia La Rocco in Artforum's "Best of 2013" list. The work, seen as a series of scene chapters, is a quartet featuring Kinzel along with performers Hadar Ahuvia, Hilary Clark (Saturday only), Belinda He (Friday only), and Jeremy Pheiffer. The showing will include a grouping of drawings and collages combined with free standing small to medium scale sculptures that utilize the natural light of Live Arts' south facing windows, as well as music by Jim Dawson and other sources, and costumes by Liz Collins.

Studio Series is supported, in part, by the National Endowment for the Arts, the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and the Foundation for Contemporary Arts.

Studio Series work-in-process showings will take place in New York Live Arts' studios. Tickets are $5. There will be free in-process talks after each showing with Neil Goldberg. Tickets are available online at newyorklivearts.org/tickets, by phone at 212-924-0077 and in person at the box office. Box office hours are Monday to Friday from 1 to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 8pm. New York Live Arts is located at 219 West 19th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues.
