New Clip From THE GLASS MENAGERIE Featuring Cherry Jones & Zachary QuintoA riveting new clip from the highly-praised hit revival of the classic Tennessee Williams drama THE GLASS MENAGERIE starring Broadway and Hollywood notables Cherry Jones and Zachary Quinto is now available to view.

Featuring a memorable moment from the hallowed memory play, Jones and Quinto are at their best in the character-rich new clip just released.

THE GLASS MENAGERIE stars Cherry Jones, Zachary Quinto, Celia Keenan-Bolger and Brian J. Smith and is directed by John Tiffany.

The official description of the new revival of THE GLASS MENAGERIE is as follows: "Amanda Wingfield (two-time Tony Award winner CHERRY JONES) is a Southern belle past her prime, living with two grown children in a small apartment in St. Louis. Amanda dreams of a better life for her shy and crippled daughter Laura (two-time Tony Award nominee CELIA KEENAN-BOLGER), and so she pushes her son, Tom (ZACHARY QUINTO, Angels in America), to find a "gentleman caller" for the girl. However, the arrival of the gentleman caller (BRIAN J. SMITH, The Columnist) sends shockwaves through the family and causes cracks to form in the delicate fantasies that have kept them going. A beautiful play full of poetry & longing, THE GLASS MENAGERIE makes a triumphant return to Broadway in an exquisite & groundbreaking new production."

The revival of the melancholy memory play began previews on September 5 at the Booth Theatre on Broadway and is now in its final weeks. More information is available at the official site here.
