From now through October 6, in addition to traditional cabaret singers and musicians - and a few not-so-traditional - NYCCF2013 is full of a full range of comedy shows for all tastes.

Tickets to the shows are just $15 at the door (plus a one or two drink minimum) can be purchased in advanced for just $10 via Ovationtix (866-811-4111). $40 VIP tickets -available for most shows - reserve you stage side seat and a cocktail from the bar (No additional purchase required for VIP guests)

While the Broadway Comedy Club is already known for having the top Short Form Improv in Town with Eight Is Never Enough, Chicago City Limits and Comedy Sportz under one roof, NYCCF2013 is presenting the World Premier of "Big D and the Closers" (Sunday 9/29 4pm, Saturday 10/5 9:30pm). This dynamic ensemble (Helene Ellford, William Kean, Miles Lindahl, Kelsey Mathes, PatRick Reidy, and Accompanied by Frank Spitznagel) has taken both their love of New York musical theater and Chicago style long-form improvisation and married them into an hour long spectacle that is not to be missed.

More Long Form Comedy will be showcased in a series hosted by Salamander Jesus (Friday 9/27 11:30pm, Thursday 10/3 8:30pm with Lauren Brickman, Chris Burns, Marie Denny, Pierre Reboul, Teresa Sheffield, Jason DeWall and Directed by UCB's Natasha Rothwell). House Teams from various venues will go head to head with their best Harolds and other Long Form Improv styles.

On Sunday October 6 at 5pm, "Two for the Show" presents classic sketch comedy team in the tradition of George Burns and Gracie Allen. Comedy Variety Acts are also featured with Justin Wood Circus (Sunday 9/29 4:30, Thursday 10/3 10pm), Urbano Circus (Sunday 9/29 6pm, Friday 10/4 10pm) and Matt Bailey's "MagiQuist" (Sunday 10/6 1pm)

The Broadway Comedy Club presents National Headliners every night at 9 & 11pm. The NYCCF2013 is also bringing you some exciting Indy Comedy shows from downtown and Brooklyn. The "UG" show (Friday 9/28 11:15pm) brings features a wild host (Todd Montessi), a sexy DJ (Liz Lord), and top up and coming comics hungry to make you laugh. Tyler Fischer brings his popular showcase to the Cabaret Café on Saturday 10/5 at 11:15pm. Other comics will serve as MC and perform for various festival showcases.

Looking to stretch you Improv Comedy muscles, perhaps take a class Mondays and Wednesday at 5:30. Kids and Teens can take Comedy classesSaturday mornings. And the club present family friendly Improv shows every Saturday at 3 & 8pm by Eight Is Never Enough (AKA LMAO and Improv 4 Kids).
