The Musical Theater Project presents "Pure Imagination: The Family Cabaret" on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at 3pm at Parma-Snow Library Auditorium.

The Musical Theater Project (TMTP) makes its first appearance in the new state-of-the-art auditorium at the Parma-Snow Library. "Pure Imagination" is a family friendly concert that highlights timeless songs from over 50 years of musicals.

"Pure Imagination: The Family Cabaret" features Ursula Cataan, Nancy Maier, Heather Meeker and Shane Patrick O'Neill. They'll perform songs raging from the contemporary Matilda favorite "I Won't Grow Up" to the classic "Getting to Know You" from The King and I.

"Musical theater touches so many of us-not just across generations but at different points in our lives," says TMTP's Executive Director Heather Meeker. "I love singing new songs with my kids like "Almost There" from Princess and the Frog. And my kids love singing songs from my childhood like 'Tomorrow" from Annie and "Sing" from Sesame Street. This show also has songs that every generation has embraced like "Do Re Me" from The Sound of Music and "Over the Rainbow" from The Wizard of Oz. They are touchstones - and to experience them together is terrific!"

The Parma-Snow Library is located at 2121 Snow Rd, Parma, OH 44134. General tickets are priced at Adults: $20 Children: $5 and TMTP Member tickets are Adults: $15 Children: Free. Special Discount Family Passes (2 adults and 2 children) are available for $30, a $20 savings! Child pricing is for ages 16 and under. Seating is general admission available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are available through TMTP's box office at 216-245-8687 or online at MusicalTheaterProject.org.
