In his new book "Rings of Time: The Once and Present Queen" (published by Balboa Press), author Michael John weaves the tale of reincarnating a 13th century saint with the power of life and death, into the life a Arina, a modern woman empowered to restore life and bring social change.

After her miraculous return from the dead and her manifestation of thousands of $20 gold liberty coins, Arina Sophia Meran - a social reformer, professional model and mystic - becomes the target of intelligence agencies, is slandered and arrested for subversive behavior. Her connection with St. Elizabeth of Hungary, both through her ancestry and a parallel transcendental experience, and bonding with her male partner allows Arina to see as through a lens of time. However, her transformation, which has the potential to have great positive influence on the world, causes the hidden aristocracies to tirelessly work to snuff her out, along with the evolution she is destined to bring.

An excerpt from "Rings of Time":

"Elizabeth looked into the distance, and said, 'My descendants will yearn for me without ever knowing me. Feel me without ever seeing me. I will touch them as they pass and sense only their own origin and the scent of our union. This body, and all the children that follow from my womb will be in the image and likeness of the Goddess.' She smiled, 'And in some future time, some future-perfect state, everyone who finds their soul in these wanderings here will find my guidance, too.'"

"Rings of Time" shows readers how to find greater contact with their source of life and the enhanced possibilities when in touch with creative energies. "In a time when people are looking high and low for a meaning and a motivation to make their lives better," explains Michael John, "I have used a modern and historical person to illustrate the war between the inner and outer powers and principles. Hopefully I have provided a source of inspiration able to transform apparent adversaries into opportunity."
