The battle of the sexes is coming to MTV2 this weekend during a weekend marathon of the network's hit series "Guy Code" in anticipation of the premiere of spin-off series "Girl Code." Beginning on Saturday, April 20 at 4:00 p.m. ET/PT, fans will be treated to hotly contested "Code Wars" debate, sneak peeks of "Girl Code's" first season, and a look back at some of the best episodes from "Guy Code" season three. Then on Tuesday, April 23, fans can check the series debut of "Girl Code" at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT on MTV.

Battling it out throughout the "Code Wars" marathon will be "Guy Code" veterans Charlamagne Tha God, Andrew Schulz and Chris Distefano versus "Girl Code" newbies Carly Aquilino, Jessimae Peluso and Tanisha Long to decide once and for all which code ultimately rules on topics like cheating, winning a girl fight, rules to boys and girls bathrooms and more.

"Girl Code" is a strong and smart female driven comedy series bringing viewers a new, hilarious how-to manual full of over the top tips to push the envelope and open the dialogue about the wonders and woes of womanhood, covering everything from frenemies, girl fights and cutting bathroom lines to dancing, drinking and dating. In the same Style of irreverent commentary that fans have come to love on MTV2's top rated series "Guy Code," the new MTV series calls on female stand-up comics, actresses and musicians-and even a few guys-to weigh in on The Sisterhood that all girls share. "Girl Code" premieres Tuesday, April 23 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT, following an all-new "Awkward."

MTV2 targets young men with smart, funny and relevant content, including comedic, music and action-oriented original programming such as "Guy Code," "Mac Miller and The Most Dope Family," "Nitro Circus Live," "The DUB Magazine Project," 'Hip Hop Squares," the weekly hip hop show "The Week in Jams," and the return of "Nick Cannon Presents Wild 'N Out" in 2013.

Available in approximately 80 million homes MTV2 is man's best friend. Since its launch in 1996, the network has reflected the subversive interests and behaviors of young men with a compelling and diverse programming line-up inspired by ordinary guys who do extraordinary things. MTV2 is a unit of Viacom Inc. (NASDAQ: VIA, VIAB), one of the world's leading creators of programming and content across all media platforms.
