London Grammar Announce Additional Live Dates For January 2014

In light of their recent 2014 North American tour announcement and the overwhelming response in ticket sales, UK trio London Grammar is proud to announce additional live dates for January 2014. The band will perform onJanuary 15 and 16 in two of New York City's most intimate venues. First stop, they'll be playing in Brooklyn'sBaby's All Right and again the following day at Manhattan's exclusive The Box. Tickets for both shows are on sale now.

In the U.S., London Grammar's single "Strong" has continued to gain momentum, being featured as Single of the Week on iTunes last month following several licensing looks including an upcoming placement on CBS' "Reckless." "Strong" is featured on the band's critically acclaimed debut album If You Wait, which was released this fall and is now certified GOLD in the UK after debuting at #2.

After their exclusive January dates in NYC, London Grammar will be returning to North America in the spring for a string of headline dates. The band will kick things off at SXSW then continue on their headlining stint covering the west, mid-west and east coast in March and April. Tickets for the tour are on sale now. The upcoming spring tour follows London Grammar's first ever U.S. headline tour this fall, where they sold out multiple dates including The Troubadour in LA and Gramercy Theater in NYC. London Grammar's live show has received much praise, with The Guardian admiring the "Brooding Brits with angsty anthems, impassioned delivery and the power to transfix a room," ultimately proclaiming, "What's not to like?" Seattle's KEXP also commended the band, noting "London Grammar blessed us with an excellent night of music, both melancholy and marvelous."
