Leading K-Pop act BTS will launch a nine-stop tour of North and South America this March proving once again that they are a leading global act. The nine 2017 BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE III THE WINGS TOUR shows (totaling approximately 117,000 tickets) are primarily sold out, (with the exception of a second date added in Chile) and kick off March 12 taking the group though South America before coming to the United States with the final performance of this leg set to wrap up on the west coast on April 2.

"BTS 'THE WINGS TOUR' became the fastest selling K-Pop show in Chile history," the Chilean tour promoter said. "Fans who couldn't get tickets were still waiting at the ticket booth even after the tickets were sold out."

Formed in 2013, the South Korean boy band BTS' most recent album WINGS was released in late 2016 and was named the #1 on Billboard magazine's 10 Best K-Pop Albums of 2016: Critic's Picks.
