Keaton, Wilson Etc. to Make 'Fame Becomes Me' Appearances

Diane Keaton, Rita Wilson, Chris Matthews and Michael Kors will be the latest guests plucked from the audience for an on-stage improvised interview with "celebrity interviewer" Jiminy Glick in Martin Short's Fame Becomes Me. The show plays at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th St).

Kors (Celebrity Fashion Designer) will appear on Thursday, November 9 at 8 p.m.  Wilson (Chicago on Broadway, The Story of Us, Runaway Bride) will appear on Saturday, November 11 at 2:00 p.m.  Matthews ("Hardball") will appear on Saturday, November 11 at 8 p.m.  Keaton (Something's Gotta Give, Annie Hall) Sunday, November 12 at 3 p.m.

Since the show began performances on Broadway in July, Glick has hosted an array of A-list stars including David Hasselhoff, Kirk Douglas, Jerry Seinfeld, Steve Martin, Nathan Lane, Rosie O'Donnell, Conan O'Brien, Rosanne Barr, Jimmy Fallon, Regis Philbin, Al Roker, Stephen Colbert, Stanley Tucci, Dennis Miller, Kristin Chenoweth, James Belushi, Tracey Ullman, Martha Stewart, Larry King and Bette Midler.

The show "features Short in a comic tour de force guiding us through an improbable version of his life story. Backed by a brilliant cast of top Broadway performers (who constantly steal focus from Mr. Short when he's not looking), Short's transparent play for love and attention asks the burning question, does an autobiography really have to be true?," state press materials.
