The Broadway League announced today that tickets for participating shows for the 14th annual KIDS' NIGHT ON BROADWAY (KidsNightonBroadway.com) will go on sale on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 12pm noon EST.

KIDS' NIGHT ON BROADWAY is when kids ages 6 to 18 can see Broadway shows for free when accompanied by a full-paying adult. A KIDS' NIGHT ON BROADWAY ticket includes pre-theatre parties, restaurant discounts, parking discounts, special edition Kids' Playbill provided by Theatre Development Fund, educational programs in cooperation with Thru the Stage Door and more.

"The Broadway League believes that when kids experience Broadway shows, they become hooked for life!" says Charlotte St. Martin, Executive Director of The Broadway League. "Live theatre - thought-provoking plays and captivating musicals - can enrich lives and inspire kids of all ages."

The 14th annual KIDS' NIGHT ON BROADWAY kicks off in New York City on February 2, 2010 with a pre-theatre party at Madame Tussauds New York. Kids' Night ticket holders will experience unique theatre activities as well as the famous attraction for free! Pre-theatre events will also take place on February 3rd at Madame Tussauds New York. Festivities on February 7th will be announced soon.

KIDS' NIGHT ON BROADWAY will also take place in other cities, with different shows putting their own spin on the event, on different dates throughout the year.

The Broadway "KIDS TABLE" was created to enhance the educational components of KIDS' NIGHT ON BROADWAY and to make Broadway an even more unforgettable experience. Three kids (and their guests) will have a chance to be randomly selected to attend a special pre-theatre dinner with a celebrated Broadway performer and receive complimentary tickets to a Broadway show.

For a chance to participate in the KIDS TABLE on February 2nd, kids should visit KidsNightonBroadway.com and click on KIDS TABLE. They will need to read through Thru the Stage Door's newest study guide, "Broadway 101," and click on the KIDS TABLE tab when finished.

Theatregoers can visit KidsNightonBroadway.com to purchase tickets to KIDS' NIGHT ON BROADWAY, for a chance to participate in the "KIDS TABLE," find more information, and to view the list of discounted restaurants and parking garages. Tickets can also be purchased via broadwayoffers.com or ticketmaster.com or at the individual theatre box offices. USE CODE KNOB2010.
