Madison Square Park Conservancy will host the third of the 2014 Mad. Sq. Music: The Studio Series, which promotes American music through free, live performances on Saturday, September 27th from 3pm to 5pm near the Shake Shack at the southern end of Madison Square Park.

Set against the lush fall foliage of historic Madison Square Park, the intimate Studio Series atmosphere creates a beautiful space for artists to share the tradition of their craft.

The park will welcome Jazz musician Julian Lage, roots musician Chris Eldridge and progressive bluegrass band Front Country.

Some seating and café tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All shows are rain or shine.

The Mad. Sq. Music: The Studio Series continues this Saturday, September 27th from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Madison Square Park, 23rd Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues.

Madison Square Park is located between Fifth and Madison Avenues, from 23rd St to 26th St. Thanks to Mad. Sq. Music: The Studio Series sponsors: Kew Management, Zwicker Electric Co, Inc., NYCulture, NYSCA, WFUV 90.7FM, Ace Hotel New York, Motion Laboratories, and New York City Department of Parks and Recreation.
