Juan Carlos Polo CD Release Concert at SMOKE NYC

Peruvian drummer Juan Carlos Polo celebrates the release of his debut album Insomnio, on OneTrickDog* Records, with a special three set evening at Smoke Jazz & Supper Club on February 1, 2017. This evening will also feature Cali O'Doherty (Piano), Tamir Shmerling (Bass), Wayne Tucker (Trumpet) and special guests.

Carlos is a percussionist, composer and educator, trained at The National Conservatory of Music in Peru where he is currently a professor in the outreach program.
