John Mayer, John Legend Perform on LIVE ON LETTERMAN Concert Webcast Tonight

CBS Interactive's award-winning webcast concert series, LIVE ON LETTERMAN, presented by AT&T, will feature two of the music industry's leading singer-songwriters, seven-time GRAMMY Award winner John Mayer and nine-time GRAMMY Award winner John Legend tonight, August 20 (8:00 PM, ET/5:00 PM, PT), respectively. Performing live direct from the world-famous Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City, both LIVE ON LETTERMAN concerts will be broadcast online and available on-demand on CBS.com and VEVO.


Beginning with these two shows, LIVE ON LETTERMAN fans will have access to new interactive features, including the ability to toggle between two camera angles, capture and share photos during the performances with "Share the Moment," vote on the last song the artists will perform and play trivia games.

John Mayer's LIVE ON LETTERMAN webcast will feature songs off of his upcoming album, Paradise Valley, which will be released following his LIVE ON LETTERMAN performance on August 20, including the single "Paper Doll," as well as songs from his previous albums. John Legend's webcast will also highlight his highly-anticipated upcoming album, Love in the Future, out Sept. 3, and his latest single "Made To Love," along with hits from his earlier albums.

The LIVE ON LETTERMAN franchise, which has surpassed 185 million views to date on CBS.com and VEVO, has hosted some of the most established bands and musicians across the globe, staged in an intimate and dynamic setting for worldwide followers to enjoy. LIVE ON LETTERMAN webcasts have included some of music's biggest stars, including The Killers, Coldplay, Mumford & Sons and Adele.

Mayer fans will also have the chance to win tickets to his performance using the John Mayer Tour App for iOS and Android. John Mayer is known as a musician who defies genre boundaries. Mayer is well known for collaborations with a range of artists. From rock to blues, hip-hop to jazz to country, he has performed and/or recorded with Eric Clapton, B.B. King, Buddy Guy, T Bone Burnett, Herbie Hancock, The Rolling Stones, Dixie Chicks, Jay-Z and Alicia Keys. Mayer is a respected songwriter and musician who has garnered both critical acclaim and popular appeal. He has won seven GRAMMY Awards and earned accolades for each album release, selling in excess of 20 million albums worldwide. Mayer will be kicking off his U.S. tour this month and will use the tour to both raise funds for and heighten awareness of the effects of post-traumatic stress on our military veterans. One dollar from each tour ticket sold in the United States will go to the Northern California Institute for Research and Education. Mayer partnered with NCIRE two years ago to create programs that help veterans return to healthy and productive civilian lives.

John Legend is a critically acclaimed, nine-time GRAMMY Award-winning, platinum-selling singer-songwriter. Legend began his career performing piano and vocals on tracks for artists including Lauryn Hill, Kanye West, Jay-Z and Alicia Keys. His debut album, 2004's Get Lifted, sold over two million copies and earned Legend multiple GRAMMY Awards. His following album, 2006's platinum-selling Once Again, won Legend another GRAMMY. In 2010, he collaborated with The Roots on Wake Up!, winning an additional three GRAMMY Awards. Legend's new highly-anticipated fourth studio album, Love in the Future (G.O.O.D.
