Tickets, priced at $15 in advance and $20 at the door, are currently available at www.NYMF.org

NYMF's Next Broadway Sensation seeks to find the newest musical theater star, and Hannah won after three weeks of intense competition. Along with this special solo concert, Hannah received a private coaching session with renowned vocal coach Liz Caplan, who also served as a mentor on the judges' panel for the entire competition.

"We are using some amazing music for this concert to explore love and the strange things we do under its influence," said Hannah Whitney.  "We've picked a lot of great songs, from contemporary musical theatre to old jazz standards, funk to folk. I am so grateful to have participated in the competition - we were able to receive feedback from so many smart and successful members of the theatre community in New York City."

Hannah Whitney hails from Vermont and is in her last semester at New York University, where she has studied at CAP21 and ITW Amsterdam. She has thrilled audiences with her performances in Hello Again, See What I Wanna See, and the new musical Reporting Live.
