Anticipating the release of "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," Director/Producer Christopher Guerrero and Producers Caitlyn Durkin and Matthew Andrews are excited to announce that stars Jello Biafra, Camille Campbell, and Max Baumgarten, have joined forces to create the parody trailer, "The Hipster Games: Blowing Smoke." The trailer was written by Brett Salinas, and was filmed in Los Angeles earlier this month.

The spoof pits millennial hipsters against the previous hipster victors of the games; the hipsters who actually lived through the decades today's hipsters are imitating. Only one can survive, and if President Jello has anything to do with it, these hipsters will all be eliminated.

In reference to the Washington Post playfully suggesting the Wyoma Films team as a replacement to Gary Ross in directing The Hunger Games sequel, Guerrero states, "I still think it would be great to make a feature film out of 'The Hipster Games.' I just hope everyone enjoys this trailer as much as we did in making it."

As stated in the short, this project was made, "about the same, with a little bit higher production value." With the success of the bare bones first project, this sequel garnered a bit more support and ultimately led to an even better final product. The team was able to pull together in a few days what usually takes months of pre-production. "It's a lot of fun to work within constraints and make lemonade with the lemons you're given. That's what being creative is all about," Guerrero states.

Mr. Guerrero, the director of "Blowing Smoke," was recently dubbed by Studio System News as one of the "Top 5 Directors to Discover Online." With the completion of this project and his thesis film, "Mike Garcia and the Cruz," Guerrero and the Wyoma Films team is thrilled to start moving toward the pre-production of webseries, "Off Sunset," a comedy that takes place on The East Side of LA. "There's a few punk characters mixed with eccentric East Side artists, kind of like a 'Portlandia' of Los Angeles," Guerrero suggests.

Through the momentum of this project, Wyoma Films is moving toward making even more sketch comedy work that will be released in installments. The team is ready to move into creating more scripted originals that will eventually grow into longer formats, including feature films and TV series.
