On Monday, November 14 the stars of Broadway's JERSEY BOYS will perform at the lighting of the UNICEF Snowflake at a special ceremony in front of the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church in New York City, singing selections from the newly released holiday album, "Seasons Greetings: A Jersey Boys Christmas." The lighting event will take place at the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church, 55th Street and 5th Avenue at 6:30 PM.

Hanging above the intersection of 57th Street and Fifth Avenue, the giant UNICEF Snowflake features 16,000 Baccarat crystals and is a beloved holiday fixture of the New York City holiday season. Annually, the UNICEF Snowflake illuminates the intersection of 57th Street and Fifth Avenue as a reminder of UNICEF's commitment to reach a day when zero children die from preventable causes.

Designed by Ingo Maurer, the ornament was dedicated to UNICEF in 2001 by the Stonbely Family Foundation. This year's lighting ceremony will also serve as a celebration leading up to Universal Children's Day, a U.N. designated day of activity and awareness devoted to the well-being of all children around the word, taking place on November 20.

UNICEF has saved more children's lives than any other humanitarian organization in the world. Working in more than 150 countries, UNICEF provides children with health care, clean water, nutrition, education, emergency relief, and more. The U.S. Fund for UNICEF supports UNICEF's work through fundraising, advocacy, and education in the United States.

JERSEY BOYS opened on Broadway to critical acclaim on November 6, 2005 at the August Wilson Theatre. The show is currently playing in New York; Las Vegas; London; Sydney, Australia; in cities across the U.S. on a National Tour and it will open in Auckland, New Zealand in April, 2012.

The Broadway cast of JERSEY BOYS is led by Matt Bogart (Nick Massi), Andy Karl (Tommy DeVito), Jarrod Spector (Frankie Valli) and Quinn VanAntwerp (Bob Gaudio) as The Four Seasons.

JERSEY BOYS is written by Marshall Brickman & Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio, lyrics by Bob Crewe, and is directed by two-time Tony Award-winner Des McAnuff and choreographed by Sergio Trujillo.

JERSEY BOYS is the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons: Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi, about a group of blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks who became one of the biggest American pop music sensations of all time. The show features all their hits including "Sherry," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Oh What A Night," "Walk Like A Man," "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" and "Working My Way Back To You."

JERSEY BOYS is the recipient of the 2006 Tony Award for Best Musical and the 2009 Olivier Award for Best Musical.
